1. What is IZEA’s Business Continuity Plan?

Individual lines of business across IZEA have specific plans based on the nature of impacts possible to our operations. IZEA maintains a robust business continuity management program reviewed on a continual-improvement basis to handle a variety of crises, whether it’s severe weather or a pandemic.

IZEA takes an impact-based approach to business continuity management by designing preparedness and response plans that address the availability of our workforce, workplaces, technologies and critical interdependencies.

IZEA’s employee population size and geographic diversification provide an inherent resiliency advantage. Finally, while our physical offices are experiencing mandatory closures, our business infrastructure allows our team to maintain essential business processes and support resulting in no anticipated disruption to customer service.

2. Will IZEAx Unity Suite’s services be impacted?

At this time, we do not expect any disruption to AWS cloud service availability due to the COVID-19 virus. IZEA remains committed to meeting its service level agreements for our SaaS services. 

IZEA designed an industry leading SaaS application for maximum availability and resilience. We also have a robust capacity management process to ensure cloud service scalability. Additionally, IZEA’s business operations are powered by processes and tools that support remote work via a geographically-diversified workforce.

3. How can I get updates on COVID-19 from IZEA?

IZEA will advise you of any important service notifications via your standard account contacts and communication channels. If you have any questions or concerns regarding COVID-19, we respectfully request that they be channeled through your existing Campaign Management or Customer Success team members that you use for all routine business communications.
