Hi Posties & Advertisers!

In case you haven’t logged into your account yet this morning to see our latest alert, I wanted to share the exciting news about our Ticketing system out here as well!  Later today, we will be updating our Ticketing system to offer improved tracking, information and service through Customer Love Tickets.  Many folks here in the office have been working hard the last few weeks to get this going, and we are excitedly looking forward to the upgrade.  Once it is all set, we will offer you some helpful hints, and added information.  You’ll still be able to access tickets from the same locations in your PayPerPost account, there will just be more options now.  For instance, you may be able to find the info you need without even submitting a ticket – that means no wait time!

With this update to the Ticketing system, we need to have a unique email for each user.  So if you currently have any two accounts with PayPerPost that use the same email, you will notice your email has been updated to show: dup_email_123_youraddy@emailservice.com.  What’s important to know here is that if you do want to continue receiving emails from PayPerPost, you will need to log into your account, and update your email address.  For Posties, this can be done on the Blogger Dashboard, and for Advertisers, from the Account Info Tab.

In order to perform this update, we will stop the Ticketing system for a brief time beginning at 2:00 pm EST today.  This process may take 24 hours.  During that time, you will not be able to access your current tickets, nor will we.  But no worries – all that info will pop right back up once the update is complete.  And if you need to reach out to us with an urgent issue during this update time, we will be answering emails sent to support@payperpost.com.  Please note, though, this email will be available only once the update has begun.  Everything else in your PPP account will be available to you.

We are eager to offer you an improved level of service through our Ticket upgrade, and want to thank you for your patience during the brief Ticket downtime.

Thanks!
