We are rolling out an update to the site at 11pm tonight Orlando time (Eastern). The site will be down for about 1 hour while this happens.
This update is an interim release to address a number of concerns
1. Ranks. We are building a database of ranks now and will roll them out into the live database tonight at 11. Given the amount of time it takes to process the billion or so blogs we have (ok, it’s not a billion) I can’t guarantee that everyone will get an update tonight, but most of you should.
2. Performance improvements for the BubbleAds and other Javascript embeds we make available. BIG improvements.
3. Performance improvements for the application itself, even beyond the massive performance boost we realized last week.
