The Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA) was founded in 1996 with its very first season being the next year. As of today, there are 25 teams. Cameron Brink

Cameron was recently drafted to the Los Angeles Sparks. When she’s not sharing her love for basketball, she’s sharing her love for fashion. This 6’4” athlete often partners with New Balance. Chiney Ogwumike

Chiney is a well-known WNBA all-star and was the first Black woman and first WNBA player to host a national radio show for ESPN. She’s also a White House Council Member. She plays for the Los Angeles Sparks and her Instagram is filled with bright, colorful outfits and, of course, basketball. She has 403K followers. 

LaChina Robinson

LaChina isn’t a WNBA player, but she’s a basketball influencer all the same. She talks about both the WNBA and college basketball on ESPN and NBC. LaChina is a basketball analyst and shares topics about the WNBA frequently.

Aaliyah Edwards

Aaliyah is a Canadian basketball player who was drafted by the Washington Mystics. She has just under 86K followers on Instagram, where she shares basketball, fashion, brand partnerships and other lifestyle content.

Nika Mühl

Seattle Storm player Nika is a Croatian basketball player who was a part of the UConn Huskies team. Nika has 313K Instagram followers and frequently shares basketball, fashion and lifestyle posts.

Alissa Pili

Alissa is part of the Minnesota Lynx. On Instagram, she has 102K followers and since she was just recently drafted into the WNBA, most of her content is about her time on the Utah women’s basketball team.
