We Made Updates to Flex and Marketplace

We’ve recently released some exciting updates to help make your experience even smoother on both IZEA Flex and The Creator Marketplace®.

IZEA Flex Transactions

The Transactions module was officially launched in January. Any customers on the Flex Power plan can now request access to DirectPay functionality.

With Flex, you can add funds to your Flex Account from a credit card. Funds are then immediately available to send payments to creators. Plus, there’s only a $2 fee to send a payment.

There’s an approval workflow so you can optionally designate member(s) of your team that can authorize payment.

Payments can be associated with campaigns for budgeting and planning purposes. Associating payments with creators helps you gauge your ROI.

The Creator Marketplace® Updates

Now, when creating a casting call, you can use Unsplash to quickly and easily find the perfect cover image for your post. This integration makes it easier than ever to find images that will draw creators’ attention and help your casting call stand out.

Through our partnership with Brandfetch, you’ll have access to an extensive database of brand information. This makes it easier to quickly add your brands to your casting calls and keep your brand identity intact.

We’ve also made numerous updates to our order chat process to ensure smooth and effective communication between content creators and marketers. Our goal is to make sure you and the creator you’re working with have all the information needed to complete your order.

Finally, we’re introducing a new Finance Dashboard with automatic payouts, so you can keep track of all the money coming in and out of your account. This makes it easier to see your financial status at a glance.
