The United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is also trending on social media and BrandGraph as people wait for a status on COVID-19 vaccines. Recently, pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies have been in the final stages of completing vaccines. However, before these vaccines can be administered in the United States the FDA must approve them. Once a vaccine is approved by the FDA former Presidents Barack Obama, George W. Bush, and Bill Clinton will get their COVID-19 vaccine on camera. Despite this effort to promote the vaccine as a safe option to combat the virus, many Americans are still apprehensive about the idea of getting one. Especially since conspiracy theories surrounding ingredients in the vaccines circulate on social media.
