New set of features provides automated, organization-wide relationship management for influencer and content activations

ORLANDO, FL (August 20 , 2018)IZEA Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ: IZEA), operator of IZEAx®, the premier online marketplace connecting brands and publishers with influential content creators, has announced the launch of new creator relationship management (CRM) features designed to help marketers manage relationships with influencers and content creators at an organization level.

“What Salesforce did for managing customers and prospects, we aim to do for discovering and managing creators and influencers,” said Ted Murphy, Founder and CEO of IZEA Worldwide. “In addition to operating a marketplace of diverse creators and facilitating transactions and payments therein, we now make it easier to manage the overall relationship as well. These new CRM capabilities allow users in a marketer’s organization to collaborate with each other in selecting and managing creators for campaigns directly within the IZEAx platform. It helps break down internal knowledge silos and tribal knowledge within brands and agencies by establishing a shared repository of data.  Our goal is to have IZEAx become the system of record for all influencer relationships that agencies and brands manage on a global basis.”

IZEAx CRM allows marketers to manage detailed information about creators directly from their profiles. This data stays private to each marketer’s organization, allowing other members of their organization to quickly and contextually be informed of past engagements. The CRM functionality is integrated into IZEAx’s content workflow, Unity Search, Unity Lists, and ContentMine.
