Hello all you fellow posties!
Yes, many of you might be as shocked as I was when Ted invited me to be a guest blogger on the PayPerPost blog. I thank Ted for the opportunity and I hope that I can bring value and an interesting viewpoint to all the posties out there as addicted to PayPerPost as me.
You might ask why this is posted as Postie61_techie. Well, the short story is that Typepad already has a user named techie. I would begin my tirade about Typepad, but it certainly does have its benefits even if I’m still an unabashed WordPress fanboi.
Well, I’ve been with PayPerPost since nearly the beginning. In fact, I was the 61st postie to sign up (thus the name). I still remember finding PayPerPost on digg and checking out the Business Week article on PayPerPost and Michael Arrington’s rave review of PayPerPost. Interestingly it was TechCrunch’s article which helped me realize that PayPerPost was for real and wasn’t just a fly by night company that was going to take my Social Security Number and run.
I look forward to many more posts on the PPP blog. I always welcome people suggesting topics that should be addressed on this blog. I’m not afraid to discuss just about anything to do with PayPerPost.
I personally don’t like photos of myself and so I won’t be following in the tradition of Mr. Fab and posting an old picture of myself.
However, my wife has produced some of the cutest children ever and so I’m always happy to share pictures of my amazingly beautiful children. Plenty more where this picture came from on our family blog.
