Joining the talented Client Solutions team at #TeamIZEA, the Paid Media Manager, will play a critical role in shaping how brands thrive in the creator economy. You'll support both the execution and optimization of influencer marketing campaigns. You’ll play a hands-on role informing, monitoring and analyzing paid media performance.
Your responsibilities and contributions will drive value
- Assist in the development and execution of paid media strategies that complement influencer campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance data, performance reporting, identifying insights and opportunities for optimization
- Help manage the lifecycle of paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube
- Monitor digital advertising budgets and performance to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure integrated, cohesive campaign delivery
- Stay informed on industry trends and platform updates to inform media tactics

We’re looking for a driven, strategic, and fearless sales leader, a true hunter who thrives on creating connections, opening doors at Fortune 500 companies, and closing high impact partnerships that bring IZEA’s creator driven solutions to life.
Your responsibilities and contributions will drive growth
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise CPG clients by identifying, engaging, and nurturing key prospects through data driven research and relationship building.
- Develop and present influencer marketing strategies, concepts, and investment models that drive measurable business impact.
- Act as a trusted ambassador for IZEA , leveraging your personal brand and CPG network to tell our story, open doors, and spark new opportunities.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Creator Economy landscape and IZEA’s differentiators to strategically position our offerings.
- Use data, forecasting, and market insights to inform decisions, track progress, and ensure alignment with our financial goals.
- Demonstrate exceptional prospecting and outreach skills to drive consistent revenue growth and deliver against sales targets.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement in your daily work, including maintaining client information hygiene, budgeting, forecasting, and financial goal tracking.
- Make informed business decisions based on a combination of quantitative data and qualitative, instinct-driven insights.
- Demonstrate excellent lead generation, outbound prospecting, and email outreach skills
