What originally attracted you to the IZEA/SocialSpark community and how did you find out about it?

I believe I saw the fire flame dude on someone else’s blog, and it caught my eye. So I clicked on it and did some reading and signed up. I have been one happy Influencer ever since.

Describe your blog in 140 characters or less..

My blog is happy, fun, and full of all kinds of creativity. I share everything from Home Decor, to Holiday Home Decor, DIY Projects, Crafts, Holiday Crafts, Tasty Treats and Recipes, Tutorials, and I even have one Killer Rockin Link Party hosted every Sunday night called Craft-O-Maniac Monday. There is a lot of creative inspiration to be found on COM.

What inspires you to blog?

I think what truly inspires me to blog, is the sheer love of it! plus getting to share it with others to hopefully and “ultimately” inspire them as well.

Do you ever get stumped for what to write? How do you overcome this?

I do! I have to walk away from the computer, spend time with my husband and children, maybe even do some retail therapy :)… until I get my creative juices flowing again.

If you were President for a day what would be your first order of business?

(Getting Personal) I would pass a bill that made every woman carrying a child, that’s considering abortion, get their “first” ultrasound done; the one where you get to see life for the first time and a babies heart beat. (I love babies!)

What do you love about IZEA/SocialSpark?

There is a lot I like, but the first would be how professional everything looks and how professional everyone is to work with. I love the campaigns and the companies I get to work with/for, they all are great. I am very pleased with the offers too, they are very fair. Over all IZEA/SocialSpark is my favorite to work with.

What has been your favorite SocialSpark campaign?

I would probably have to say that I am loving the Apartments.com Campaigns and being a Blog Ambassador.

How do you actively stay engaged with your audience?

I do my best to respond to their direct questions and even their kind compliments. I also love to interact with them on FB.

What tips can you give other bloggers that can help set them apart and stand out?

To be true to you and your work, and to always be “Original!”

If I could, I would….stop drinking diet coke indefinitely! HA! OK– seriously speaking, I would own my own “Craft-O-Maniac” Craft & DIY Magazine.

Congratulation to Jennie! Check her out at Craft-o-Maniac!
