Can you believe the year is almost over? Pretty soon it will be 2013 and we’ll have a clean slate on which to create and execute a whole new set of goals.
2012 was a whirlwind of activity which brought us the launch of several new sites and programs including IZEA Media, Sway, Pinable Ads and Featured Users.
We welcomed our photo and video-sharing app, Staree while bidding a fond farewell to WeReward.
2012 brought CEO, Ted Murphy his own little IZEAn, Celeb Relation’s Kate Biggs became Kate Milton when she got married in June, CMO Ryan Schram became COO and we welcomed some essential new Team members, including Senior VP of Products & Partnerships Tom Geraghty and Influencer Ecosystem Manager Lynda Galea – all the way from Australia, no less!
Our latest adventure has been moving from our long-time office at 150 North Orange Avenue to new offices at 1000 Legion Place in downtown Orlando. The move has been a challenge to say the least, but we are finally approaching the home stretch and should come back into 2013 settled, refreshed and ready to get down with the get down.
We are so thrilled that all of you have been part of our family this year. In order to spend time with our families and rejuvenate our spirits to take on the challenges of the new year, the IZEA Offices will be closed from close of business December 21st through January 1st, 2013. We will return to normal business hours on Wednesday January 2nd.
