Sisa Solymosyova

Silvia Solymosyova, better known on TikTok as Sisa, is a Slovakian swimmer who entertains her TikTok followers with underwater dances, underwater poses and her own takes on TikTok trends, which she most often films underwater. Her content has earned her a following of 1.3 million. Sisa, 19, is also a model and a competitor representing Slovakia in the sport of artistic swimming. 

Gretchen Walsh

University of Virginia swimmer Gretchen is one of the top women’s swimmers in the college circuit. Gretchen shares shots from her team at competitions, snaps of her life, and images of her travels. You can expect her influence to rise as her college career continues.

Jamal Hill

Jamal is an American Paralympic swimmer. His Instagram handle, @swimuphill, shows his attitude in pursuing a career in swimming despite the circumstances he faced from a young age. Jamal became paralyzed as a child after having the flu, and later in life was diagnosed with a neurological condition called Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, which affects the muscles in his arms and legs.

Kieran Smith

Kieran was one of the top men’s college swimmers in his time at the University of Florida, and his star continues to rise after he earned a bronze medal in the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo. He recently wrapped up his senior year at Florida, has a sponsorship with Speedo, and continues to compete with Team USA. Expect to hear his name much more in years to come as he keeps working his way up through international competition.

Federica Pellegrini

Federica is a renowned Italian swimmer who retired in 2021. Since retiring, Pellegrini has traveled a great deal, and she shares her adventures on her Instagram page. She has stayed near the water, with many of her photos on the beach or on the boat. Videos, modeling shoots and photos of her adventures fill her Instagram feed.

Jessica Long

Jessica is one of the top Paralympians on Team USA and a five-time Paralympian who has also won 52 World Championship medals. Jessica has earned 16 gold medals in Paralympic competitions. She is originally from Russia, where she was adopted from an orphanage. She grew up in Baltimore and was born without the bones in her lower legs or feet. She wears prosthetic legs and has grown up playing many sports, which gave her an introduction into swimming, a sport she has dominated.

Cody Miller

Cody is a professional swimmer who graduated in 2015 from Indiana University. Miller is on Instagram, Twitter and YouTube, where he has 172,000 followers. He has solid international swimming credentials, with six medals at the World Championships with Team USA and a gold and bronze medal at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio. Cody shares content related to his family and swimming adventures and participates in quirky challenges in his Instagram and YouTube content.

Hailey Galbraith

Hailey’s content about her college swimming life has earned her 26,900 followers. She swims at Georgia, where she swam freestyle, backstroke and butterfly in her freshman season in 2021-22.

Bernice Ting

Bernice, a Singaporean swimmer, set a national record in the 100-meter surface final at the Southeast Asian Games in 2021. Bernice shares swimming content on her Instagram page and has a separate page (@bernshungry) where she shares photos of the food she finds while traveling or at home in Singapore.

Dr. Sandra Harrell

Better known on Instagram as The Swimmer’s Doc, Dr. Sandra Harrell shares physiology and fitness tips for swimmers to follow. These include hydration and warmup tips, breathing exercises, and tips for reducing pain. She is partnered with Jolyn Clinics, which focuses on opportunities for female athletes, and was a five-time All-American swimmer at UC San Diego.

Lexie Kelly

A swim instructor and active athlete, Lexie has an Instagram feed that highlights the best parts of a lifestyle that revolves around the sport. She shows off her swimsuits, outfits, adventures on her page, and her two French bulldogs feature prominently, too. Lexie has a following of 129K and has partnered with brands related to swimming.

Jorge Murillo

Jorge “Trucha” Murillo is a Colombian swimmer who competed at the 2020 Olympics and is vying to compete in the 2024 Olympics in Paris. His Instagram feed is an inside look at the life of a professional swimmer. His story highlights his adventures on the road, his training, and his success on the worldwide swimming circuit.
