IZEA Flex
In IZEA Flex, our comprehensive influencer marketing platform, we’ve rolled out two features: Organization View in ContentMine and Offers with Content Requests.
Organization view in ContentMine
Organization View within ContentMine enables users with the necessary permissions to view content across multiple accounts within their organization, consolidating content from various campaigns into one convenient location. To access this feature, users with Organization View permission can simply toggle on the Organization View mode on the existing ContentMine page. This mode provides view-only access to content across all accounts within your organization, eliminating the need to switch between accounts and offering a comprehensive view of your organization’s content landscape.
The Organization View further enhances user experience with its filter feature, allowing for quick and efficient content search based on parameters such as platforms, content type, collaboration type, licensing, supporting assets, followers, engagement rate, engagements, and date posted. Users can choose to display all campaigns from their organization’s accounts in either a Grid or Index view. This new feature is set to revolutionize your content management process, making it simpler than ever to manage and coordinate your organization’s content efforts.
Offers with content requests
When initiating an offer, Flex users can now activate the “Allow creators to submit content” toggle. This merges two steps in the collaboration procedure, making the process more efficient.
For creators, this update spells simplicity and convenience. If a creator has content ready, they can upload it directly to the offer or via a provided link. Creators also have the option to attach additional supporting files, content, or notes for the brand.
Creators can share analytics easily by filling in fields to share data on metrics such as content shares, comments, likes, and other relevant statistics.
These updates are designed to streamline collaboration between brands and creators by simplifying and expediting the process. Any content added is automatically linked with the creator and campaign and added to ContentMine in Flex. This ensures a smooth, efficient workflow and a more effective collaboration.
