Becoming an Intern
At IZEA, we offer an exciting and challenging internship program for undergraduate juniors and seniors, as well as graduate-level students who are interested in a remote internship. Our program is designed to provide students with real-world experience in areas related to their majors.
As an IZEA intern, you will report directly to a specific team member who will provide you with guidance and mentorship throughout your internship. You will also work closely with other team members, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to the latest trends in the industry.
Requirements
To participate in the IZEA internship program, you must:
- Be able to earn academic credit for the internship through your school. You are responsible for confirming this with your advisors or professors.
- Sign non-disclosure agreement (NDA) paperwork, as you will have the opportunity to sit in on various internal meetings and events.
- Be available at least three days per week.
- Have your own computer with Wi-Fi capabilities.

All IZEA teams have the opportunity to request an intern, but internship department availability will vary for each semester. Our current departments participating in our internship program are:
- Client Services – Campaign Management
- Client Services – Client Service Operations
- Client Services – Data Analytics & Strategy
- Client Development – Managed Services Sales
- Client Development – NFT / Crypto / Web3
- Client Services – Strategy
- Marketing – Content
- Product Engineering – Product Design
