There have been some questions about how the new Affiliate Opportunities in SocialSpark work. It’s pretty straight forward. You are compensated for each action that your blog creates. Right now an action may be a sale or someone filling in a form.
For instance, Pexagon is offering $1.95 for a sale generated on their site. Each time you drive a sale you will make $1.95. If you would like more details on how the affiliate program works please visit this link.
Creating Conversions
It’s up to you how you drive traffic to the advertiser. We provide both IAB standard ad units as well as a text link. You are free to write posts (with proper disclosure), put links in your sidebar, send emails, etc. unless otherwise denoted in the advertiser requirements.
View for view blog posts drive way higher click throughs and conversions than standard display ads. If you are looking to generate the best bang for the advertiser (and yourself) write a post about a product you like, include the affiliate link and promote that post.
