ClickWatch was created to help the advertiser get the return they were expecting from their campaign with a Tweeter. The system works by watching the performance of the initial tweet. If the number of clicks on the link tweeted out does not produce a CPC of $1.50 or less, the ad would be tweeted out again, but to 3 times max, spaced out over 6 days.
When we implement ClickWatch, Twitter had a policy to not allow duplicate tweets one after another. It seems like they have changed that policy to not allow duplicate tweets (at least) within 2 days of each other.
This has crippled the ClickWatch program in it’s current form. We are working on a change to the system that will get this back on track.
For now, if you have offers that fall under ClickWatch, there is a chance they will be stuck in a state of where they are trying to be sent out again. However, they are not being accepted by Twitter, and thus, the payment process for your offer is halted.
We will post again when this problem has been solved. Until then, please be patient with our payment process.
