New Organization View in ContentMine Streamlines Content Access

We’re excited to introduce the new Organization View within ContentMine in IZEA Flex, our next-gen influencer marketing platform.

The Organization View is a powerful feature that allows users with the appropriate permissions to view content across multiple accounts within their organization. This means you can now see content from various campaigns across your organization, in one place.

To access the Organization View, you’ll find a toggle on the existing ContentMine page. This toggle is visible to users granted the Organization View permission and allows you to switch into the Organization View mode. In this mode, you’ll have view-only access to content across all accounts within your organization.

The primary goal of this feature is to make it easier for you to see content across different accounts without the need to switch between accounts. This streamlined view not only saves you time but also provides a broader perspective of your organization’s content landscape.

The Organization View also comes with a filter feature, allowing you to find relevant pieces of content quickly and efficiently. You can filter results based on various parameters, including:

• Platforms
• Content type
• Collaboration type
• Licensing
• Supporting assets
• Followers
• Engagement rate
• Engagements
• Date posted

All campaigns from your organization’s accounts will be displayed in either a Grid view or Index view, depending on your preference.
