Learning can be fun. No really, it can. And nobody proves that more than us here at IZEA. So here’s our next learning excursion:
Beginning Monday, December 1st, we’ll be sending out a “tip” of some sort everyday for the entire month, via one of our Twitter profiles. Oh yes, we have two Twitter profiles if you didn’t know. Our main Twitter talks about general programs, promotions, things going on in the company and news & information about the social media industry; our IZEA Love Twitter is a little more granular, with tips & tricks to help those using our marketplaces. So if you’re not already you should be following both. (By the way, unlike many companies using Twitter and other social media applications, if you contact us via a Tweet or Direct Message, we will reply.)

Why should you care about this? Well, because the tips I’m talking about will be a useful nuggets of information on either being a blogger in the IZEA Community, or perhaps an advertiser. A tip that might be basic but long forgotten, or a bit of information you don’t even know about.
So everyday (at any given time), Monday through Friday for the month of December look for a tip by way of a Tweet. To keep from any confusion among Tweets we’ll call-out the one you should be concerned with (e.g., “TIP: Blah, blah, blah). Collect all five tips for the week, and then send them to us at the end of the week. Make sure and include your url or somewhere we can contact you if you win. Everyone who submits will be thrown into a random drawing for that week, for a special IZEA treat. Plus you’ll have your own little IZEA dictionary you can refer to! Here’s what you have to do:
2. Be on the lookout for our Tweets.
3. Keep a record of Tweets for the week. Save them somewhere you can easily access them.
4. At the end of each week, include all five tips for the week in the original post for that week.
5. See who the winner is!
This will be so much fun you won’t even realize you’re actually learning. And you can play every week since the drawings will be random.
