We are looking for recent graduates or associate-level sales professionals with one to two years of experience to join the IZEA Professional Selling Program (IPSP), our paid training and incubation program leading to direct placement on IZEA’s Managed Services Sales Team.

Influencer marketing is expected to grow to up to $4.14 billion in 2022, according to eMarketer, becoming more important to brands looking to get their products and services in front of more eyes. Our sales team is on the frontline showcasing how brand and agency teams can get the most value out of their ad spend with IZEA.

The next session of our IPSP class, which started in 2019, is kicking off soon and we are now accepting applications. Up to eight Junior Client Partners will be brought on to participate in team and individual remote training in all things related to sales, beginning with a month-long sales training class explaining the fundamentals of the IZEA sales process. They will meet one-on-one with their managers and get regular feedback. After the initial training, they’ll get real-world, hands-on application of what they’ve learned, including presenting to clients, drafting emails, developing quotes and shadowing our team. Top candidates will continue throughout the full 6-month program, building their book of business and earning commission while setting themselves up for the transition to full-time, permanent Client Partner roles on the Managed Services sales team.

“Fresh out of college, IZEA’s Professional Selling Program was the perfect way to be introduced to the world of influencer marketing and sales as a whole. It can be easy to feel like a little fish in a big pond when you start a new career, but PSP introduced me to my coworkers and illustrated my responsibilities in a way that really made me feel like I’ve always been a part of the team. I am seriously grateful to my experienced instructors and team members for cultivating such an inviting and collaborative environment, and just a year later, I’m accomplishing things that I never thought I’d be capable of, all thanks to PSP.”
