The Bloggers Choice Awards are bigger than I ever imagined they would be.
Almost 90k people have cast 230k+ votes so far and next week the
competition heats up as we move into the finals. From everything I have
found in my research this is hands down the biggest blog awards
competition out there. The winners of these awards have something to be proud of and I am happy to see a few Posties in contention for various categories.
For those of you who missed it in the previous post about the Blog America Tour we will be holding the BCA ceremony at Tao in Las Vegas. Britt tried to get me to look at the website a week or so ago but I had my hands full at the time. Now that I have I must says she did an awesome job picking the venue, it looks amazing. You will feel like a blog celebrity.
I am not sure about the exact dress code (look for something on that soon from Brit) but I do want to say that I want this to be a classy event. I am not taking tuxedos and evening gowns, but not shorts and t-shirts either. I love my flip flops as much as the next blogger, but lets save those for poolside the next morning. Just look at this place!
