I know I should be sleeping…I have to get up in 4 hours, but it is only 9pm at home and I am totally wired. Tara fell asleep about an hour ago. I have spent the last two days in London and it has been awesome. The only thing that sucks is I can’t seem to send emails out through my mail application. I get them ok, just can’t receive them. There is a work around with a web based client but it is slow and painful, there is some sort of firewall on the email port here.
Yesterday we hit Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square, Covent Garden Piazza, Chuen Cheng Ku and topped it off with a showing of Avenue Q (hilarious by the way). We spent today on the South Bank and visited the Houses of Parliament, The London Eye, The Dali Universe art exhibit, Westminster and had dinner and drinks at the OXO Tower (expensive but worth it).
You know that this fat kid loves food. I have been taking pictures of everything we have eaten since we got here. This was breakfast yesterday. No, I couldn’t eat it all. Yes, English bacon makes me want to puke too.
I have started a Flickr photoset here of the food we eat. I always find it interesting to see what is served in other countries. I will also be uploading select pictures of my trip to the Flikr account. I will spare you the lovey-dovey photos 😉
