Izea has always operated under a work hard, play hard philosophy. Most of the time we’re in work hard mode, but once a quarter, we bring the whole team to Orlando to bond, learn and let loose. We call it the IZEA Loco.
This past Friday, we held our 2nd annual Wekiva Island Loco for Q1. The team had a great time eating, drinking, laughing, playing volleyball, canoeing, tipping canoes and simply sitting on the dock enjoying the day. You can see the entire set here.

Part of the Loco celebration is recognizing the achievements accomplished during the quarter as well as revealing the RockStar of the Quarter and celebrating IZEA anniversaries. In true IZEA fashion, anniversaries are recognized by the presentation of a one of a kind hat created in your honor. This quarter we recognized the Anniversary of 6 employees ranging from one to 4 years of tenure with the company.
