The countdown to IZEAFest has officially begun. Only three days away to the most rockin’ social media event around, and the excitement is definitely building!
If you’re registered for IZEAFest you should’ve received an e-mail yesterday afternoon, detailing some important points. In the event you didn’t, you can catch them here:
- The buses to Howl-O-Scream at Busch Gardens in Tampa Bay will depart promptly at 7:00pm on Thursday (10/1). If you plan on going give yourself plenty of time to arrive before the buses leave. Meet at the Renaissance Hotel at SeaWorld, at the Conference Center Entrance. (And wear comfortable clothes! *No costumes allowed.)
- If you are going to Howl-O-Scream but would like to meet us there, we will provide specifics under separate cover.
- When you check-in at IZEAFest you will receive a namebadge. This badge is your ticket to ALL IZEAFest activities, including the networking parties at ICEBAR Orlando and Howl at the Moon. Please hold on to this badge at all times.
- Bring your camera, video recorders, and laptops! There will be lots of blogging and Tweeting to be had.
- Don’t forget, this is all about learning, networking and FUN! We want attendees to interact and engage as much as possible, so come eager.
- If you are driving to IZEAFest, please note parking for the event is FREE. When at the front gate simply let the attendant know you are “here for IZEAFest, at Ports of Call.” (This is for event parking only, and does not include parking if you are staying at the Renaissance Hotel.)
- Transportation to the networking events are not included. Both venues, however, are located near SeaWorld Orlando.
- Lunch is provided during both conference days. Dinners are not included.
- Sign-up for IZEAHunt will take place at IZEAFest.
Who’s stoked? We here at IZEA can’t wait to connect with you guys.
