

As Global Head of Growth, Lisa leads a team of U.S.-, China-, and Europe-based Client Partner professionals who collaborate with brands to build and execute influencer content strategies and campaigns. Having spent nearly three decades in client-facing roles, Lisa’s understanding of and passion for delivering outstanding experiences with tangible results and value are central to her leadership philosophy. Prior to joining IZEA, Lisa held leadership roles at Merkle (then ePrize and HelloWorld) as well as a handful of startup organizations, including cybersecurity leader Duo Security which was acquired by Cisco. With experience in both the MarTech and SaaS/technology spaces and work with clients such as General Motors, AARP, and Hilton Hotels, she brings a unique combination of sales experience, operational process, and thought leadership to IZEA. Lisa is a graduate of the University of Michigan (Go Blue!) and has a bachelor of arts degree in psychology and communications. Although she’ll always be a New Yorker, Lisa lives in the Detroit area with her husband, two college-aged kids, and two furry cats.
