Ever wanted to listen in on a conversation at the bar? Every week, we invite a new pair of friends to have a chat over drinks like they normally would. We don't ask any questions or give any guidance; we’re simply seeking two people who share a strong bond, with time on their side. The goal, over the course of the show, is to create a portrait of New York City through all its different walks of life—an archive of community and dialogue in the wake of the pandemic. To date, we've filmed over forty bar talks, and we're not stopping any time soon. Since we started the docuseries, we've organically gained over 60k followers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Spotify. The guest list runs the gamut from playwrights to performance artists, Broadway composers to grunge rockers, MMA fighters to dominatrixes, twin co-authors, tattoo artists, yogis, nurses, sommeliers, itinerant roadies living in a bus next to McCarren Park, rappers, reparations activists, and more.
