To further their professional development, team members have access to our agency’s 4As (American Association of Advertising Agencies) membership benefits. This includes access to the 4As Training Subscription Plan, which offers a curated selection of training programs designed for rising talent, managers, and leaders. Team members are also encouraged to take advantage of the 4As Learning Institute, comprehensive course library, webinars, and exclusive industry events to achieve their career goals.
During their first year of employment at IZEA, team members will receive 29 paid time off (PTO) days, composed of 15 fixed company holidays, four ad-hoc, “floating” holidays and up to 10 unfixed PTO days that accrue.
