During his tenure, he built and spearheaded the company’s Deal Desk—a centralized, transformative function that completely standardized how the agency priced, structured, and managed client proposals. By pioneering the integration of AI tools to analyze Statements of Work in real time, he successfully transitioned the agency’s commercial approach from manual pricing to data-backed, real-time risk mitigation, driving predictable and sustainable revenue growth.
