IZEA, Inc. (OTCQB: IZEA), operator of the premier online marketplace that connects brands with influential content creators, announced today that it has entered into a licensing agreement to purchase data from Twitter, Inc. to provide IZEA customers with greater analytics and insights on their social media campaigns. The new agreement provides IZEA with filtered access to the Twitter firehose, data enrichments and the ability to query the entire history of tweets.

“We are extremely excited to have enhanced access to Twitter data,” said IZEA Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Ted Murphy. “Twitter is an incredibly important marketing channel for brands. We will now be able to provide them with a more comprehensive view of their social programs and further assist them in identifying the best creators for their sponsored social campaigns.”

IZEA has begun integrating Twitter data into it’s IZEAx platform. The new capabilities will enable IZEA customers to more accurately determine the paid and owned media value of Tweets. Enhancements to insights and analytics via the new Twitter data will be made available to platform users later this year.
