We are nearing the home stretch before Argus is released into closed Alpha at PostieCon. I was reflecting this morning on how far we have come over the last few months. It all started with a brainstorm that focused on what our users want:

This list was daunting. We quickly came to the conclusion that the current structure of PayPerPost.com could not accommodate all of the features and functionality that we wanted to be able to eventually offer to our users. The team rallied and we decided to embark on the development of not just one new system, but nine new systems that would work together to become Argus. You have seen the core of three of those systems roll out already, the others will be processing away in background.

I have been working hand in hand with the dev team creating the interface and user experience that will bring all of the data and functionality together. It all started with some sketches and information architecture:

And we have been making revisions and tweaks all along the way.

We are working day and night pulling everything together for the big reveal. Our board got a sneak preview last week and they seem to be very excited. Special thanks to VCDan and Josh Stein for the constant stream of emails with ideas.

I look forward to sharing our innovation with you at PostieCon.
