About Pet Alliance
Formerly the SPCA of Central Florida, the Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando’s goal is to provide compassionate and knowledgeable services for pets and to be leaders in innovative animal care and veterinary medicine. More than 10,000 homeless dogs and cats will turn to the Pet Alliance for caring, compassion, and hope through their animal shelters this year. Highly skilled veterinarians will help and heal an additional 45,000 animals in their veterinary clinics. Providing shelter for animals in crisis, disaster response efforts and pet food pantry for dogs and cats in need, the Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando will help thousands of additional animals this year.
IZEACares Contribution
Each year, the IZEAcares team supports national and local non-profits through group volunteering, supply drives and monetary donations. Our company is full of animal lovers, so partnering with a shelter was a no brainer! 15 IZEAns visited Pet Alliance, participated in a shelter project organizing supplies and t-shirts, socialized with cats and dogs up for adoption, and dropped off donations. IZEA employees provided items ranging from towels and training pads to wet food and treats; a small monetary donation was also provided as part of our on-site participation.
