There’s some big stuff rolling out to SocialSpark.com today and we want you to be the first to know about it! Here are the things everyone’s going to be talking about:

Fixed This Week

  • Advertisers who have open Opportunities will no longer be able to deactivate their accounts. If you’re an advertiser with open Opps and you wish to deactivate, you’ll need to close out all of your Opps first.
  • The Invite To Opportunity and Add to Blog Roll tools will no longer appear on blog profiles that have not been approved for marketplace participation.
  • The Opp Qualification emails that were released two weeks ago were erroneously going to bloggers that had deactivated their accounts or had been locked out of SocialSpark. This will no longer occur.

New This Week

  • The IZEA Insiders program has been added to SocialSpark. If you’re a team member (or want to be) you can now add yourself with the new tool on your Blogger Profile edit screen. Insider Team Leaders will also be able to manage their team from their Manage Blogger Account page.
  • Our Affiliates server now uses a referrer blacklist in addition to ClickForensics to minimize the occurrence of fraudulent clicks.
  • The cropper tool you use for avatar editing on Accounts and Opportunities has been completely redesigned to be more user-friendly and no longer stretches or distorts the uploaded images.
  • The minimum deposit on a CPA Opportunity has been lowered to $100.

    I understand you are one of the staff in Social Spark,and that is why I took the chance to share to you this message.
    I hope you can spare me some of your time to help me with my problem with SS.

    I already sent 2 tickets and the second one was URGENT, but nobody attend to it.
    I got 3 SERIOUS PROBLEMS.
    1. I can't cash out my money. I tried few times, but it still didn't work.
    2. I got problem submitting my post. I keep getting automated message that my post don't contain required link and disclosure badge, but it is really on my post and is not broken.Here is the link:

    3. I got text message that I am qualified for a certain task, but the given link is not clickable and I can't find the task on the opportunity pages, too.

    Guys you need to fix many things! I had the worst experience with SocialSpark today, I am having high BP due to this even now. Long story but in short, I reserved an opp. last night but thunderstorm and heavy rain caused electricity failure for whole night so could not write the post, then next day first thing I did was buying a higher capacity UPS for longer power backup and luckily I was able to reserve that opp. again. Again tunderstorm and this time internet cable snapped, a tree fell I think somewhere people told and internet gone! rushed to office, told cable man to fix it soon and got it done. After 5 hours when I come back home from some work (opp. is reserved for 12 hours) I take the bath, wash behind my ears and write the post. When I head to my social spark acount to submit the post, I find the opp. has been deleted from social spark!
    I just broke my almost new mouse in anger,

    @Grace I just wanted to let you know that the proper way to address support issues is by sending a ticket to Customer Love. Unfortunately, leaving a blog comment is not the proper channel to provide you the help you need.

    In taking a look at tickets, I see that your first ticket was sent around 5PM on April 6th. Currently, ticket response time is running about 48 hours, so we should be able to look into your issues sometime this afternoon.

    We apologize that you feel the delay is too long and we would certainly love to address these issues more quickly. However, we are currently answering support questions in the order in which they are received and as of this morning there are still about 80 tickets ahead of yours to be answered.

    That being said, this issue will be taken care of this and we will be sure to address this just as soon as we can.
