Loco Celebration

Today we celebrated the first IZEA Loco of the new year! The theme? Superbowl, of course! So in that spirit some of the Team dressed-up in their favorite team’s colors, and our potluck was full of the classic Superbowl foods: pizza (lots of it!), wings, nachos, chicken fingers, and fried chicken. Delish! (And now we’re all sitting at our desks regretting everything we just ingested….) Some of us unlucky folks had to do cakeplows, too.

Advertiser of the Month

This month we’ve recognized Geary Interactive Advertising Agency as our “Advertiser of the Month.” Greary Interactive is the social media agency for the Wd-40 account, including the brand 2000 Flushes. They recently launched an innovative product sampling campaign, which involved sending 2000 Flushes products to bloggers as well as sponsoring their Superbowl Party!

Postie of the Month

Props to Eric Smith of Geekadelphia. He’s a great example of an IZEA blogger. Geekadelphia has participated in product samples and give aways, and have even helped out their community by donating their products to local organizations in need. RockStar of the Month

Congrats to IZEA’s “RockStar of the Month” Crystal “Burger” Duncan (the “Burger” is an affectionate term recently started by Ted). Crystal rocks-it on the Account Management team, and keeps our Advertiser’s campaigns flowing smoothly from start-to-finish. Way to go, Crystal!

(Yup, that’s a Krystal burger on her head! Get it?)
