Senior Interactive Marketing and Communications Executive brings multifaceted experience to IZEA’s leadership team
IZEA Holdings, Inc. (izea:OTCBB), the world leader in social media sponsorship, today announced the appointment of Ryan Schram to Chief Marketing Officer. Schram will report to IZEA Chief Executive Officer Ted Murphy.
“Ryan brings a breadth of entrepreneurial marketing and executive experience to our management team,” said Ted Murphy, CEO of IZEA. “During his 15 year career in the digital space, he has proven his capability to build businesses and cultivate relationships, and shown significant leadership of large teams to execute successful sales and marketing strategies.”
Most recently, Schram served as Group Vice President for ePrize, where he led integrated client teams on behalf of Nestle, Johnson & Johnson, Nationwide, Wendy’s, Universal Orlando, Lenovo, Canadian Tire, Home Shopping Network (HSN) and Darden amongst others. His business practice repeatedly saw year-over-year performance improvements and in 2010 exceeded revenue goals by 113% through new client acquisitions and current client renewals. Schram’s client campaign work has been regularly featured in the Wall Street Journal, Fast Company, AdAge, PROMO and AdWeek.
Previously, Schram served as Regional Vice President, Northern & Coastal Americas and Vice President/Account Director, also with ePrize and prior to that held roles of increasing responsibility at CBS/Westwood One and Clear Channel Interactive.

Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in Management from the Michigan State University Eli Broad College of Business and sits on the Board of Advisors for MobileWait, a ProfitStreams company, and is a National Board Member for the Michigan State University Alumni Association.
