Wendy is the Founder & CEO of Sparkplugging. Piersall started Sparkplugging.com as a hobby blog named “eMoms at Home” in April of 2006. There are now 15 blogs on her network, all dedicated to the needs of home office workers.

Since that time, Wendy has become known for her expertise on blogging, social media strategy, and starting micro-businesses. Wendy writes for Entrepreneur.com, and has been featured in The Chicago Daily Herald, Boston’s WBZ, The Huffington Post, LifeHacker, Success Magazine and most recently The Today Show. Wendy speaks frequently at prominent business/tech conferences including SXSWi, BlogWorldExpo, BlogHer, SOBCon, Small Business Marketing Unleashed, and Utah’s Blogging for Business Conference.
