    I really hate to bother you, but my frustration is leading me to think that blogging for your company is a scam. I have followed all the links to try and get started but half do not work and my support tickets have not been responded to. Is there someone I can actually talk to in order to get started. I thank you for any help you can offer.

    Hi Elizabeth,

    I am sorry to hear about your frustration. To send a ticket to Customer Love, click the ‘Contact Support’ link at the top right of your PPP account or the ’submit a help ticket’ link from the ‘help’ dropdown at the top right of your SocialSpark account.

    All tickets do receive a reply immediately that they have been received (so that you’ll know we got it :)and all tickets will receive a response from a human within 2 business days.
