The Oppapalooza PPP promotion currently in progress has been a great thing for us as a company. We are seeing increased activity across the board and overall I am very happy with the results. Every indicator points to our pricing change as being a positive thing, though I think we have some adjustments to make.
Oppapalooza ends the last day of January. On February 1st the following changes will be deployed:
1. The minimum cost per Opp will be set at $2.00
2. Changes to the TOS and PPP system will allow bloggers to take up to 3 sponsored posts per day and 4 link-only posts per day.
I am hoping this adjustment will provide more flexibility for advertisers and bloggers moving forward. Thank you all for your feedback and participation in guiding this decision.

I think those are some great changes, and put the bloggers in a better position.
Any changes coming to interim posts? Specifically, how they relate to link only posts?
I have the same question as Corrin – Do interim posts still remain as a requirement between link-only posts?
As for a minimum of $2.00 for link only posts – awesome! $.50 and $1.00 were way too low!

Is the $2.00 opp price minimum the advertisers price, which makes it a $1.00 paying opp for the blogger?
$2.00 Cost would definitely infer $1.00 paid to bloggers, unless that is a typo above.
I’d also like to know how the interim posts will work with these new guidelines. If I can take a max of 7 opps a day (3 paid, 3 link only), do I have to have personal/interim posts in between each one??
Like the fact that we can take more opps – just wish there were more opps to take
$2 for a 200 words posts is not fair. A $2 dollar post must not have a minimum word requirement of above 50 words. I also agree that the requirement for interim posts should be removed for posts that are below $5. And there should be one link only in posts that are below $5.
I see that there are some advertisers who want too many things done.
I think that PPP should make some changes about requirement for interim posts viz-a–viz link post.
