If you don’t live in the Central Florida area or happened to miss Ted’s appearance on the Fox 35 Orlando morning news yesterday, we’ve obtained a copy of the segment. Feel free to share with others or post the video on your site.
Here’s the spot:
Post-interview Ted also had the opportunity for a web-exclusive interview, where “mommy blogging” was explored a little more in-depth. I’m working to get a copy of that interview, and if I do I’ll certainly post it here. In the meantime here is a gallery of photos of the experience at Fox 35.

17 CommentsGreat spot. “protect their freedome of authenticity”… I couldn’t have said it better.
Ted, liked that interview. Much better and engaged interviewer this time. way too short though! More Ted in the media!
Great stuff! We mommy bloggers appreciate all that IZEA does to help us.
Well said, Ted. (Sorry, couldn’t resist.) It can be hard to explain what bloggers do to earn money. My RL friends and family sure don’t get it.
Very nice…don’t forget the Savvy Aunties, too!
@BenSpark: We’re trying, we’re trying! Television is such a great medium for Ted because it’s really able to convey his energy, and the energy harvested by IZEA!
@corrin: Hey, you’re a mom! What about Ollie?!

I saw an interview of blogger mentioning IZEA on local TV show. Its getting out there to the public!
@Phlipjacks: Was this a spot in the Tampa market? I know one ran there earlier today.
You were also on this past week in another spot about Mommy Bloggers. Somehow I missed the first one but I posted a link to this one in my blog. I’m in Orange City, just north of Orlando and I love knowing that IZEA is part of our local community.
@Dena Scroggins: We should’ve been featured on MyFox Orlando, and MyFox Tampa/Tampa Bay! At least, those are the ones I’m aware of.
Awesome interview Ted!
This is the web 3.0 era personified, with new genre of users -The Mommy Bloggers.
Hats off for conceiving this terrific idea, and making it a full time lucrative business for both end. Its like a duplex channel where both transmitter(mommy) & receiver(IZEA) gets a share for transmitting (read blogging).
Great interview
