After one year at IZEA, team members are eligible for paid time off to bond with a new child—whether through birth, adoption, or foster care.

IZEA offers a generous 401k program, matching 50% of contributions up to 8% of team member salary.

This includes access to the 4As Training Subscription Plan, which offers a curated selection of training programs designed for rising talent, managers, and leaders. During their first year of employment at IZEA, team members will receive 29 paid time off (PTO) days, composed of 15 fixed company holidays, four ad-hoc, “floating” holidays and up to 10 unfixed PTO days that accrue.
